Where did the name come from?
ForGas is Dalmatian slang when something is awesome. Ex. this store is ForGas. This term is mostly used in Split thats why we used it to represent our work because it's ForGas.
Where are you located?
We are located in Split, Dalmatia, Croatia.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments through PayPal or ApplePay.
Also you can find us on ETSY if yout preffer that.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to almost every country in the world and have customers in over 50 countries.
What does shipping cost?
We offer Free Shipping on orders over 99EUR (EU only). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on location. Just add the items to your cart and select your country from the list to get a shipping price.
Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the EU?
Most likely. Every country has different regulations on how they handle imported goods. We recommended you visit this Duty Calculator to get an estimate of what you will be charged when the package arrives. We do not pre-pay or cover any import fees.
Can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 2-3 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a https://www.posta.hr/en tracking link. . If you have any questions about your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your ForGas purchase. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.
*Final Stock and Warehouse Sale items are not eligible for returns. If you need to exchange for a different size, we will do our best to accommodate if we have other sizes in stock.
How to I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to:

Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or your refund will be issued.
